So what does she do to stay healthy? Let’s find out from the diva herself. Here’s sharing excerpt from a conversation we had recently with Chandni.
What is your fitness mantra?
What is your Health Culture ritual?
My health culture ritual includes drinking ample water and eating healthy food. I drink a lot of water. I eat fruits and oats. When you diet, you lose charm from your face so to maintain that you need give your body carbohydrates and proteins. I don’t like green leafy vegetables but still I have to eat them. I love milk, so I have that too.
What do you do to maintain fitness?
I make sure to work out for an hour every day. At times, if I get bored, I visit the park and jog. I do yoga too. Power yoga is as good as being in the gym. My regime includes walking and yoga.
What would you recommend to your fans to stay fit?
I would recommend people to drink a lot of water. This has helped me reduce weight. I would also like to tell them to be involved in some kind of sports. I play badminton over the weekends. I also go for cycling with my school friends.
What is your take on preventive healthcare?
I do believe in preventive healthcare. I don’t understand why people wait to get ill and then visit the doctor. It is good to get regular checkups to stay fit.
Have you ever tried any oxygen therapy?
I went to Health Culture and tried its oxygen therapy. It was very relaxing. I was happy that I tried it. Everyone else also should check out once.
